A whole-person approach to healing, rooted in multiple modalities including Somatic, CBT, DBT and Narrative.
Whether you're carrying the weight of keeping it all together, navigating a storming relationship, or finding your footing after trauma, a quiet, supportive space is waiting for you. The most important thing is you don't have to do it alone.

You've trained your body for years, but no one teaches you how to train the mind that carries it. I work with athletes and other high performers navigating performance anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, the transition out of sport (by choice or not) and exploring the voice of the nervous system. We blend CBT and somatic tools so you can compete, and live, from a grounded, performance-oriented place.

Book a free consultWhether you're seeking help managing anxiety, addressing depression or navigating complex trauma, this space is for you. Together, we work to address its impact using a blend of trauma-informed somatic therapy and evidence-based talk therapy. This process is slow, graded and paced by you to ensure safety and stability throughout.

While some thrive with homework and cognitive dialogue, others need a body-based approach to feel, and simply hold, their emotion. All of you is welcome here.
Drag the handle. Whole-self work doesn't change who you are; it changes how much of you gets to show up.

Originally from Vancouver Island, I've spent more time living outside of Canada than in. I currently reside in the Okanagan Valley, but due to frequent moving have left my office remote. As a semi-pro runner, I live the world of competitive sports daily. I'm a wife to a phenomenal husband, a dog mom to a little furry rascal (who may show up from time to time) and I'm currently completing my supervised clinical training hours towards full designation. I simultaneously completed my ICF Life Coach registration after recognizing that some individuals want a more practical, present-day focused experience.
I've worked with a wide range of individuals in the counsellor seat, including competitive athletes, exhausted couples, complex parent-child dynamics and those navigating the lingering effects of trauma. I meet people where they are, blend evidence-based modalities to fit the person and hold this primary truth: within each of us lies the potential for a happier, more fulfilled life.
My priority is helping each person access the support they need. If neither option is possible for you right now, please reach out to discuss an alternative plan.
